Director, Identity & Access Management (IAM)

The Director, Identity & Access Management (IAM) ensures the company's identity and access posture is strong, proactive, and aligned with business objectives, including the needs of newly acquired operations. This role leads the IAM function across SSO, MFA, and PAM while managing access lifecycle processes and non-human identity risk. The position serves as an internal security consultant, balancing security requirements with operational needs and overseeing audit support for IAM-related controls.
