Director, IDS Functional Reporting

The Director, Functional Reporting is a senior leader within Novartis' Insights and Decision Science organization based in East Hanover, NJ, focused on leveraging data and analytics as a strategic asset for Market Access and Patient Support. The role partners with ARIA leadership and US business stakeholders to ensure insights are accessible to varied customer personas and to drive data-driven decision making across the organization. It also involves collaboration with onshore and offshore teams to align reporting and analytics priorities with business needs.
