Director, Indirect Procurement & Procurement Support

The Director, Indirect Procurement & Procurement Support leads the Indirect Procurement and Procurement Support functions for RWE Americas, providing strategic and operational leadership across indirect category management, sourcing, contracting, and supplier management. This role partners with senior business stakeholders to translate growth plans into procurement strategies and drives scalable, efficient, and compliant procurement practices to support the company's onshore wind, solar, battery storage, and broader business activities. The position involves leading managers and senior managers, optimizing end-to-end sourcing-to-payment processes, and building team capability through coaching and development.
