Director, Information Technology (Enterprise Applications)

The Director of Enterprise Applications provides operational and technical leadership for the planning, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of PVAMU's enterprise application portfolio, including Ellucian Banner ERP and business intelligence platforms. Reporting to the CIO, the role translates institutional priorities into application plans and service standards while managing application professionals and the managed services provider relationship. The position collaborates with academic and administrative units to recommend automation and AI uses and ensures compliance with institutional and regulatory standards.
