Director, Infrastructure and Operations

The Director, Infrastructure and Operations leads the strategic direction and day-to-day service quality for technology infrastructure and end-user support across Dell Medical School, UT Dell Medicine, and the UT Dell Medical Center. This role oversees infrastructure strategy, technology support, hospital infrastructure planning, cloud and network management, and business continuity to ensure scalable, resilient, and secure operations. The position is accountable for maintaining a visible presence within user communities to address technology experience gaps and drive continuous improvement.
