Director, Infrastructure Engineering & End User Services

Cresset is seeking a Director, Infrastructure Engineering & End User Services to lead the End User Computing organization, overseeing desktop engineering, help desk, endpoint lifecycle, and collaboration technologies in a cloud-first wealth management environment. The role involves developing enterprise endpoint strategies, managing Microsoft 365 and SaaS delivery, and partnering with Information Security on endpoint security solutions. This position focuses on driving automation, self-service, and AI-enabled service desk capabilities while building and mentoring a high-performing engineering team.
