About this role
The Director will establish and lead Lyft’s Integration Management Office to drive post-merger and strategic partnership integrations, standardize integration practices, and ensure value capture. Reporting to the CFO, the role partners with Corporate Development, Finance, and business leaders to plan and execute cross-functional integrations. The Director will build playbooks, governance, and measurement frameworks to maximize synergies and oversee integration outcomes.
