About this role

The Director of Internal Audit will establish and lead a risk-based internal audit function for a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company, providing independent assurance and advisory over governance, risk management, and internal control over financial reporting. The role partners with executive leadership and the Audit Committee to support SOX compliance and strengthen controls across R&D, commercial, manufacturing, and corporate functions. This is a remote position based in Colorado with regular bi-monthly in-person meetings with the Finance team in the Boulder region.
