Director, International Benefits

The Director of International Benefits at Justworks International will own the strategy, design, and execution of employee benefits programs across international markets for the Employer of Record business. This senior role leads a distributed global team, partners cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Risk, and balances strategic roadmap work with day-to-day operational execution. The position focuses on building scalable, compliant, and competitive benefits offerings that differentiate the company’s international product and support growth. The role also involves negotiating global partnerships and integrating benefits into the platform and operations.
