Director International Controlling and M&A

The Director International Controlling and M&A is the senior technical accounting leader supporting the VP International Controller and M&A and serves as the international technical accounting expert for the combined Shift4 and Global Blue entity. The role emphasizes consolidation into U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting and leading the accounting integration following the Global Blue acquisition. The position leads a small experienced team and collaborates across finance, tax, M&A, legal, and external auditors in a multinational environment.
