Director, International Value & Access

Denali Therapeutics is seeking a Director of Global Market Access to develop and execute reimbursement and payer engagement strategies for neurodegenerative therapies outside the United States. This role involves leading HTA submissions, particularly for UK NICE and future EU Joint Clinical Assessments, while collaborating with HEOR, medical, and regulatory teams to prepare evidence packages and value dossiers. The successful candidate will drive launch readiness and navigate complex international market access processes for rare disease and specialty therapies.
