Director, I&T Plasma Engineering

The Director, I&T Plasma Engineering leads engineering and owns architecture governance across all CSL Plasma digital product domains, defining engineering standards and technology platform strategy. This role is responsible for governing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI in production, ensuring reliable and scalable digital product delivery through technical quality oversight and security compliance. The position provides technical leadership and people management for cross-domain engineering teams while establishing the technical foundation for the organization.
