Director, IT Risk & Compliance – Information Technology

Alberta Blue Cross is seeking a Director, IT Risk & Compliance to lead technology risk management, regulatory compliance, and governance across the IT organization. Reporting to the Director of the CISO, this role sets the strategic direction for identifying, assessing, mitigating, and reporting technology-related risks and oversees two managers and their teams. The position is a highly visible leadership role that partners with senior executives, internal audit, legal, and regulators to maintain a strong control environment and ensure regulatory alignment.
