Director, IT Service Desk

The Director, IT Service Desk sets the vision, strategy, and service standards for Level 1/2 IT support across Brinker restaurants and the Restaurant Support Center. This role owns the end-to-end service desk experience, ensuring timely, consistent, and hospitality-focused support that minimizes disruption to operations. The position involves leading support teams, managing incidents and problems, and partnering with technology and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
