Life360 is seeking a Director of IT to lead IT Operations and Engineering, owning enterprise identity, endpoint management, infrastructure, and collaboration tools for a remote-first workforce. This strategic role involves reimagining IT operations within an AI Native environment, building playbooks, and leading a high-performing team to drive maturity and security. The ideal candidate will act as a key business partner, managing budgets, vendor relationships, and major initiatives while fostering an engineering-first culture.

Responsibilities

Own strategy and execution of core IT Operations and Engineering teams
Drive technical roadmap and transparency programs for leadership visibility
Lead, hire, and grow a high-performing IT team with engineering skills
Partner with CISO to ensure all services meet safety and security standards
Manage IT vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and budget planning
