About this role

The Director, Knowledge Management & Innovation will lead the Firm’s Knowledge Management & Innovation function, serving as a strategic partner to business units and firm leadership in advancing knowledge sharing, operational excellence, and AI-enabled legal service delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of firmwide Knowledge Management & Innovation strategy
Collaborate with firm leadership to align KM & Innovation initiatives with strategic objectives
Establish and monitor key performance metrics for adoption, efficiency, and knowledge utilization
Lead and support adoption of knowledge-sharing and AI-enabled practices across the firm
Oversee capture, organization, and utilization of matter and practice data for reporting and insights

Qualifications

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law schoolSignificant experience practicing law within a major law firmSubstantial experience within knowledge managementLeadership experience managing high-performing teamsDeep understanding of legal technology and AI landscape
