Director, Knowledge Management & Innovation

The Director, Knowledge Management & Innovation leads the firm's Knowledge Management and Innovation function for the Regulatory and Tax Global Business Units, serving as a strategic partner to practice leadership in advancing knowledge sharing, operational excellence, and AI-enabled legal service delivery. This role is responsible for developing and executing the firm's KM and innovation strategy, managing a multidisciplinary team, and driving initiatives that enhance legal workflows and practice operations. Success in this position requires building credibility with attorneys and firm leadership to foster an environment where innovative and efficient ways of working are integrated into day-to-day legal practice.
