About this role

The Director, Knowledge Management & Innovation leads the Knowledge Management & Innovation function for transactional business units, serving as a strategic partner to advance knowledge sharing, operational excellence, and AI-enabled legal service delivery. This role involves developing and executing the firm’s KM and innovation strategy, managing a multidisciplinary team, and driving initiatives that enhance legal workflows and practice operations. The position requires building credibility with attorneys and firm leadership to foster an environment where innovative and efficient ways of working are integrated into day-to-day legal practice.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of Knowledge Management and Innovation strategy for designated business units
Manage multidisciplinary team of Knowledge Lawyers, Innovation Managers, and Knowledge Engineers
Drive adoption of AI-enabled practices and modern legal technologies across the firm
