The Director, Laboratory and Pathology oversees the overall operation, administration, quality, and regulatory compliance of the South San Francisco laboratory to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic services. This onsite role provides medical and scientific oversight of histology workflows and diagnostic interpretation while maintaining compliance with CLIA, CAP, and other regulatory requirements. The position involves leading laboratory personnel, implementing process improvements, and collaborating across disciplines to support patient-centered laboratory quality.
