The Director, Large Program Execution serves as the top-level orchestrator for complex, multi-region customer programs, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and field execution to deliver quality products on time and within scope. This customer-facing role leads large project execution teams, manages end-to-end program delivery from purchase order receipt through site turnover, and provides performance reporting to senior stakeholders.
