Director role within Novartis’ U.S. Launch Excellence Capabilities & Business Partnerships team focused on advancing the company’s launch approach for multiple upcoming medicines across therapeutic areas. The position centers on translating strategic launch priorities into measurable implementation and measurement frameworks and enabling cross-organizational knowledge sharing to maximize patient impact and commercial success. The role reports to the Executive Director, Launch Excellence, partners with product strategy and functional teams, and is based in specified countries on a hybrid basis with ~15-20% U.S. travel.
