Director, Leadership Development

The Director, Leadership Development leads Helix Electric's enterprise leadership development agenda, translating business priorities into scalable programs, curricula, and learning experiences for leaders at all levels. Reporting to the Head of Learning & Organizational Development, the role partners with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to design, build, and facilitate high‑impact training, while serving as a trusted advisor on leadership capability and organizational growth.
