About this role
The Director, Leadership & Digital Annual Giving is a senior fundraising leader within William & Mary’s Office of University Advancement responsible for the strategy and oversight of the university’s leadership and digital annual giving program. The role leads a team of digital gift officers, manages a donor portfolio and virtual engagement resources, and supports the William & Mary Foundation. This position is based in Williamsburg with a hybrid work arrangement and occasional travel.
