Director Leadership & Org Development

The Director of Leadership & Organizational Development leads GreenState's enterprise strategy for leadership development, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, and workforce capability. This role partners with executive leadership, Human Resources, and business leaders to strengthen leadership readiness, organizational performance, talent pipelines, and long-term workforce capabilities. The position establishes enterprise frameworks, governance, and measures that align leadership and organizational development investments with GreenState’s mission, values, strategic priorities, and long-term workforce needs.
