Director Learning and Development

The Director of Learning and Development shapes and advances Providence's enterprise development strategy for caregivers and core leaders, leading integrated programs and development pathways to build skills, mindsets, and leadership capabilities. This role oversees a team of Talent Consultants and Program Managers who design, deliver, and evolve caregiver and leader development programs across the organization. The position partners with operational leaders, HR, and other Centers of Excellence to create a human-centered development model aligned with the organization's mission and strategic priorities.
