Director, Learning Design

The Director, Learning Design leads the instructional design function within Red & Blue University, Suffolk's internal learning and development organization. This hands-on leadership role builds and leads an in-house instructional design function, advancing the company's learning capability through innovative curriculum design, eLearning development, and learner-centered experiences. The position requires on-site presence four days per week in the Boston office and involves strategic planning, team leadership, and the application of adult learning principles to support business priorities.
