The Director, Learning & Development defines and implements Indigo’s learning philosophy and strategy to create a culture of continuous learning across Home Office, Retail, and Distribution Centre teams. This role owns the enterprise learning ecosystem, overseeing the design, delivery, and governance of programs that equip employees with the skills needed for business performance and career growth. The position serves as a senior HR leader, partnering with executive stakeholders to align learning investments with business priorities and drive measurable outcomes.
