This role leads the Design Team within NF Sales Development & Training to transform and shape learning design for sales teams across Nationwide Financial. The position involves owning the Learning Experience Platform, partnering with business units to assess needs, and driving innovative learning solutions using modern tools and generative AI. The leader will manage a team of consultants, oversee program delivery, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives to support sales skills uplift.
