About this role

Centific is seeking a Director-level consultant to lead an end‑to‑end assessment of the client’s employee lifecycle processes across multiple geographies. The role will apply Lean/Six Sigma methodology to map current‑state workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design a global standard operating model with localized variances. Deliverables include process maps, RACI matrices, gap analyses, future‑state designs, and an executive roadmap.
