Director Lived Experience

The Director Lived Experience leads the implementation of the Lived Experience Strategy at Wellways, ensuring that the voices of people with lived experience are central to organizational strategy, governance, and service design. This executive role drives systemic change, fosters authentic influence, and builds partnerships to elevate lived experience leadership across the mental health and wellbeing sector. The position involves challenging tokenistic approaches and advocating for a culture grounded in recovery, inclusion, and human rights.
