The Director, Loan Syndications leads Vancity’s national syndication strategy, supporting commercial lending growth by originating business across Canada and British Columbia. This role involves developing strategic partner and client relationships, structuring complex syndicated transactions, and contributing to sustainable revenue growth. The position is based at the Vancity Head Office or Toronto Head Office with a hybrid work arrangement.
