Director, M&A

The Director, Mergers & Acquisitions will play a key role in advancing the company’s growth strategy by identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisitions and other strategic investment opportunities. This role will lead financial and strategic analysis, due diligence, transaction execution, and integration planning while partnering closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate combines strong financial and analytical capabilities with sound business judgment, executive presence, and the ability to manage complex transactions from initial evaluation through close and post-transaction integration.
