About this role
The Magnet Program Director at Methodist Medical Center supports the CNO in leading the organization’s Magnet Recognition efforts and advancing the Nursing Strategic Plan. The role focuses on coordinating the ANCC Magnet application and ensuring the nursing environment reflects the five components of Magnet. The Director also partners with system leaders to align professional practice, research, education, and governance to achieve and maintain Magnet designation.

Qualifications
