Director, Manufacturing Engineering & Facilities

The Director, Manufacturing Engineering & Facilities leads manufacturing and process engineering, facilities, and the multi-year manufacturing roadmap for Trojan Technologies across North America, Europe, and APAC. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role drives continuous improvement, operational excellence, and strategic planning while managing a global team of approximately 20 professionals. The position requires onsite work in London, Ontario, with up to 25% travel for domestic and international assignments.
