Director Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering

The Director of Manufacturing Engineering leads the Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Continuous Improvement departments, translating product designs into safe, efficient, and scalable manufacturing processes. This role oversees EBOM-to-MBOM transformation, plant layout optimization, equipment automation, and Lean manufacturing initiatives to improve safety, quality, and productivity. The position partners with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions, capacity expansion, and operational excellence across multiple manufacturing locations.
