About this role

The Director, Manufacturing Industrialization & Scaling leads the evolution of fluoride‑salt‑cooled high‑temperature reactor (FHR) manufacturing from process development and integrated demonstrations to full production readiness. Reporting to the Vice President of Manufacturing, the role defines long‑term manufacturing roadmaps, cost models, scalable processes, and cross‑functional integration to ensure reliability, cost‑effectiveness, and safety.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute long-range manufacturing roadmap
Lead multi-disciplinary teams to scale production from pilot to full-rate
Own CapEx/OpEx planning and cost model development
