About this role
The Director, Manufacturing Operations leads all manufacturing activities to ensure products are manufactured on schedule, meet quality standards, and meet cost objectives. The role reports to the Plant Manager and has direct responsibility for multiple production managers and indirect oversight of hundreds of production employees. This position is based onsite in Melrose Park, IL at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
