The Human Sciences Director, Media & Creative Insights for Coca‑Cola North America leads the organization’s media and creative insights function, setting the learning agenda and driving strategic thinking about audience-led communications. The role partners across marketing, media, analytics, and agency teams to scale measurement approaches and elevate creative effectiveness. It focuses on building capabilities and thought leadership to improve how campaigns are planned, measured, and optimized across the NA operating unit.
