The Director of Member Experience Operational Training leads the design and delivery of training programs for Member Experience teams, ensuring frontline and leadership members deliver consistent, high-quality service. This role owns onboarding, certification, and ongoing development, building operational discipline and a hospitality mindset to drive member satisfaction and service excellence.

Responsibilities
