Director, Membership & Events

The Director of Membership & Events leads the organization's membership, events, and department communications functions, overseeing a team of approximately 6–8 employees and interns across the Southeastern United States. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and retain members, enhance membership benefits, and grow sponsorship and event revenue. The position plays a key role in strengthening the German-American business community network and delivering high-quality programs that create value for members and partners.
