Director, MEP Procurement & Logistics

The Director, MEP Procurement & Logistics provides enterprise-wide leadership for sourcing, supplier management, procurement operations, equipment logistics, and supply chain risk management across all development, construction, and operational projects. This executive role is accountable for developing long-term procurement and logistics strategies that support organizational growth, improve total cost of ownership, and ensure successful execution of critical MEP infrastructure projects. The position serves as the senior-most leader for all MEP procurement and logistics personnel, building scalable processes and driving operational excellence across the enterprise.
