Director Merchandising

Manages the site merchandising department and a team of merchandising associates to ensure operational performance and associate development across Sysco distribution sites. The role partners with market and regional leaders to align category, assortment and replenishment strategies that support sales, margin and inventory objectives. This position serves as a talent pipeline for regional and market leadership and may require relocation for advancement.
