Director Network Supply Planning

As a Director of Network Supply Planning at AstraZeneca/Alexion, you will lead end-to-end tactical supply planning for the Rare Disease Business Unit over a 0–3 year horizon, driving alignment across demand, supply, and inventory while managing global network risks. You will oversee the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process, foster cross-functional collaboration, and establish governance frameworks to ensure supply reliability, business continuity, and operational resilience. This senior leadership role requires translating strategic priorities into effective execution and mentoring a global team within a complex, regulated biopharmaceutical environment.
