The Director, Non-Invasive Services provides strategic direction and operational oversight for ChristianaCare's outpatient non-invasive diagnostic services, including cardiac diagnostics, nuclear medicine, and PET imaging. This executive-level role drives growth, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance while partnering with physician and executive leadership to advance ambulatory care vision. The position is responsible for optimizing patient access, managing financial performance, and leading high-performing teams across multiple ambulatory locations.
