Director Nursing & Clinical Services

The position oversees multiple subordinate managers, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads staff development, recruitment, and retention initiatives. It also involves collaborating with hospital leadership on budgeting, strategic planning, and improving care delivery models to optimize quality and cost-effectiveness.
