Director, Occupational Violence and Aggression

The Director of Occupational Violence and Aggression will lead the development and implementation of a systems‑based approach to occupational violence and aggression prevention across Northern Health. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the role provides strategic leadership, builds intelligence capabilities, and partners with internal and external stakeholders to embed evidence‑based safety practices throughout the organisation.
