The Rinks
The Director, OCVIBE Strategic Workforce Planning & Deployment leads the implementation of strategic workforce planning by translating labor strategy into scalable models, tools, and operating routines. This role partners with Operations, HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to align workforce plans with business demand, labor availability, and cost targets while driving change management and adoption. The position also helps shape future centralized scheduling and workforce deployment practices using data-driven insights and AI-enabled tools.
The Rinks offer a variety of hockey and skating programs for participants of all ages and ability levels. Programs include: daily public skating sessions, youth and adult hockey programs and leagues, figure skating, learn to skate classes, curling, birthdays and group events.
