8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, real estate development, outpatient facility development, or related environmentsProven experience leading end-to-end development projects from site selection through construction and operational launchExperience with imaging modalities (e.g., PET/CT, SPECT, MRI, CT) strongly preferredFamiliarity with healthcare regulatory environments, including licensing, accreditation, and compliance frameworksDemonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
