Director of Athletic Compliance

The Director of Athletic Compliance at Ball State University oversees the department’s adherence to NCAA, Mid-American Conference, and university regulations, ensuring institutional integrity and student‑athlete eligibility. The role serves as a primary point of contact for compliance matters, supports policy development and rules education, and partners with coaches, staff, and campus units to maintain a culture of compliance. This position reports to the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Student‑Athlete Development.
