Director of Auxiliary Programs

Thayer Academy seeks an experienced leader to oversee and grow its portfolio of auxiliary programs, including Camp Thayer, collaborative initiatives, summer camps, the school store, and facility rentals. Reporting to the Chief Financial and Operations Officer, the role focuses on strategic planning, program development, financial performance, marketing, and staff management to increase participation, revenue, and alignment with the school’s mission.
